Happy SPRING!!!

Hey everyone!  We are back from such a fabulous vacation to Germany!  It was a great trip, and we really enjoyed spending time with my sister & brother-in-law, but it was so nice to come home to SPRING!  Everything is so green and gorgeous!

Thanks to everyone for your patience on pending orders...I will be spending some much needed bonding time with my machine starting TONIGHT!  If you have anything you'd like to have monogrammed or a special order, please let me know!  Here are a few things I was able to get done before we left.  I'm really enjoying monogramming new items!

VACATION!

I am excited to say that my husband and I are traveling to Germany on April 1st to visit my sister & brother-in-law!  We will be gone until April 11th so I have announced that I will be working off of a 3 week lead time until we get back.  Feel free to continue to place orders, and I will check my e-mail periodically during this time.  I should be back to normal schedule by mid April, but I will keep you posted if something changes.  Thank you for understanding, and thanks again for all of the fabulous orders!

It's been a while!

SO sorry!  I've been a little behind in updating the blog.  For some reason it's easier to update the Facebook page so be sure to check that out...it usually has the "latest and greatest" when it comes to updates!  :)

Branching out!

Happy Monday!  JBird Designs has been very busy with new projects...some that include embroidery only on customer's personal items.  Below are a few pictures of the latest ones I've done for some sweet friends!  This has been a lot of fun, and I'm adding new fonts each day to my list.  Let me know if you have something you'd like for me to monogram for you!

How to place an order

I've had quite a few people ask me the best way to go about placing an order, so I thought I would do a quick little post!

The easiest way to place an order is thru e-mail.  My e-mail address is jgmarchbanks@gmail.com.  I try to check it first thing in the morning, at least once during the day, and once before I go to bed at night.  Let me know what you're interested in purchasing...type of item, size, short-sleeve or long-sleeve, applique design, font (if you have one you like), monogram, name, etc.  Let me know when you need the item, and I'll get the ball rolling!  Once I've finished making your item, I will e-mail you with a picture of it.  If you are paying via Paypal, I will send a payment request to you at this point.  I also accept cash or check on delivery. 

With all of that being said, you can call me as well (864.569.7180), and I can take your order over the phone.  Whatever you prefer!

Please ask me if you're looking for a specific applique design.  I have access to so many more designs than I can showcase on my blog.  I'll be glad to find what you need!

FAQ's

How long is your lead time? -I am trying my best to have things completed within one to two weeks of the item being ordered, although any notice you can give me would be great!  If you need something in less than a week, let me know, and I will do my best to make it work!  Don't forget to order your holiday items early as these times are especially busy!

Do you ship items?
-Yes, I will be happy to ship items to you.  I have done quite a few already, and the shipping has not been too bad at all.  I can estimate that it will run anywhere from $5-$10 per package based on what I've shipped so far.  I will add the shipping charges to the final amount of your bill.

Do you deliver items?
-Yes, I will be happy to meet you somewhere to deliver your items, or you can pick them up from me at your convenience.  Let me know what works best for you, and I'll do my best to make it happen!

What type of payment do you accept?
-I accept cash, check, or Paypal only at this time.
